Prices for Services

Our prices are so reasonable that we can not list them here. Please contact us for a list of services and prices for your projects.

One time registration fee of $50 that will be refunded after full payment of your first project. Cancellation of services during the registration period does not qualify for a refund.

Payment

All work contracted by Real Estate Zoom must be paid 50% of the estimated quote at the start of any project and the final amount of 50% at the approved completion of your project. All work completed by Real Estate Zoom must be paid in full before use of the said art/work.

Property uploads to websites must be paid 100% at the time of upload.

Any unused hours will be re-funded to client

Approvals

All work administered by Real Estate Zoom must be subject to final approval by Client. Client accepts final responsibility of the work created. Client will review all work for errors before signing off on a project. After a client has signed off on a project for accuracy the art/work may be used by the client.

Client Information

Upon retaining you as a client you may be asked to fill out the following confidential forms:

• Client Information Form (This one time form will give us information to serve you better now and in the future)

• Client/Consultant Contract form (one time form that addresses uses and permissions of the art/work created for you by Real Estate Zoom)

• Universal Lister Form (property information) To be filled out with each new listing and enables us to accurately upload your properties to all your website affiliations.
  

• Final Approval Form (electronic signature for final work approved by client)

Photos and Stock Art

• Client must provide photos for their properties. Minor edits to photos are included, such as cropping, lightening, imputing locator symbols & some text.

• Stock art can be provided for an additional charge usually ranging from $5 - $15. (We do not mark up the cost of additional art we provide it to you at our cost)
  

• Custom art changes will be charged at the graphic design hourly rate. (example: Customized maps, floor plans, special effects editing)
